Vedikka Vitta More Kuzhambu
Ingredients
Butter Milk - 500 ml, Gram Flour - 2 tsps, veg (White Pumpkin/Capsisum/Lady's Finger etc), Tomato - 250 gms, Green Chillies - 2, Red Chillies - 3, Sambhar Powder = 1 tbsp, Mustard - 1 tsp, Jeera - 1 tsp, Curry Leaves for seasoning, Salt and asafoetida to taste, coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
Heat oil in kadai. Add mustard, jeera, both the chillies, curry leaves and sambar powder..fry well and then add tomatoes and the required vegetable. Add salt, asafoetida and keep the kadai closed . In the meantime, take some quantity of butter milk add it to the gram flour and make a fine paste without lumps and add it to the rest of the butter milk mix well. Once the vegetable are boiled add this butter milk gram flour mixture stir well. Do not heat this for a long time as this may curdle. If you require more salt, add it after removing from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves.
