Make tamarind juice after soaking it in water for about 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and put 2 tsp of sunflower oil
Put the garlic,chillies and mustard seeds and fry it for a while. Add the pepper and jeera after powdering them. Heat it for few minutes. Then add the tomato. After a while add the tamarind juice. Put the salt. Add the coriander and curry leave. It is ready to serve
