| instant tamilnadu garlic sambhar |
| Ingredients |

garlic - 10-15 flakes
red chilli powder - 3/4 tbs
Fenugreek seed powder - 1/4 tbs
sugar - 1/2 tbs
tamarind juice - 1/4 cup
salt as required
mustard seeds - 1 tbs
oil - 4 - 5 tbs

Method

procedure:
1. cut garlic into pices.
2. heat the pan and pour oil and add mustard seeds.
3. add garlices and fry until the colour change to brown.
4. reduce the flame and pour the tamarind juice.
5. add red chilli powder, salt and sugar.
5. add 1/4 cup of water
6. allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes.
7. add fenugreek seed powder and allow to boil for 1 more
minute
8. serve this hot khozhambu with rice.
