Ingredients
onion -1, tomato - 1, Raddish, carrot, Thur dhal - 1 cup, curry leaves, mustard - very little, Methi - very little, sambar powder 2-3 spoons, oil -2 spoon.
Method
First boil the thur dhal in cooker. Then in a seperate pan add 2 spoons oil,mustard,methi,onion, raddish, carrot, curry leaves, corriander and 2-3 spoons sambhar powder and let it fry for 3 mts and add these to the above boiled thur dhal and pressure it. Wait for 2 whistles. Then add tamarind paste, asafoetida powder and heat for 2 mts. This is very easy receipe. All bachelors can try this receipe.
