Rasam powder for making rasam
Ingredients
Thur dhal - 1 ladle (karandi), Dhaniya - 2.5 ladle Black pepper - 1 ladle, methi - very small amount Mustard - very small amount, Chenna dhal - very small amount, Cumin seeds - 1.4 ladle and turmeric powder small amount and 8 to 9 chillies .
Method
Grind all the above in blender directly and this will come for 1 month. You can easily make at home itself. If you want to make it for 2 months just multiple the above ratios twice.
