Method
1. Take 2 cups of curd. It should not be very thick nor watery. Add little bit of water and mix it well(should have the sambar consistency). In that curd add, turmeric powder, required amount of salt, rice flour, curry leave and leave it seperately.
2.Fry dhania, urid dal, methi seeds, dry chilly, hing in little bit of oil and grind it along with coconut and green chilly and little water to form a paste.
3. Mix this with the curd and boil it for 5 minutes till foam starts to form and garninsh it with mustard.
4. For extra taste, vegetables such as ladies finger(okra), pumpkin (cut into medium sizes) can be boiled seperately and added to the curd before heating it.
5. Mix this with rice and it will very tasty to eat .
