Ingredients
Raw Mango(small size) 1 White Pumpkin 1/4kg coconut 1 cup Red chillies(vara Mulagai) 3 turmeric powder a pinch sambhar powder 1 Tsp Curd 1 cup Seasoning: urad dhal 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1/4 tsp oil as needed salt as per taste
Method
Dice Mango & pumpkin into 1 inch pieces & pressure cook them. Now Boil them with a lilltel water added with turmeric powder & sambhar powder in a wide open vessel.Add perungayam & curry leaves after it boils. Grind the coconut & red chillies & add the paste to the boiling vegetable, now add whipped curds to it & bring it to boil again, season it & garnish it with curry leaves
