2 tomotoes, 2 onions curry leaves coriander leaves., 1 teaspoon daniya seeds, 1or 2 red chillies and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera., salt , 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, and food colour(kesari) a pinch and mustard seeds 1 teaspoon.a, oil.1/2 cup of thoovar dal.
Method
first roast jeera, daniya seeds and red chilli in a dry pan,and powder it. then put oil in a pan add mustard seeds.then add chopped onions and tomotoes and fry togetherin a thick paste add food colour
, salt and pour 2 glasses of water in it. at the time of boiling add bolied toovar dal and jeera daniya powder.and sugar. it will be ready with in 15 minutes.lastlyadd daniyaleaves and curry leaves.
