Pachai Moar Kuzhambu
Ingredients
Coriander leaves - 1 cup, salt to taste, hing - a pinch, Green chilli-2 nos, curd- 2 cups. For tempering: Oil 1 spoon, mustard seeds and curry leaves
Method
Grind coriander leaves, salt, hing and green chilli together to a paste. Whip this with curd. Temper this mixture with mustard seeds and add curry leaves. The speciality in this moar kuzhambu is that it does not require boiling at all. This goes well with Bisi Bele bath, Pitlai, Poricha kootu.
