1. FRY TUAR DAL GREEN CHILIES AND REDCHILLI MENTIYA IN A KADAI UNTILL IT TURNS LIGHT BROWN ADD SOME ASOFODEIA ALSO 2. THEN GRIND ALL TO A THICK PASTE. 3. MIX THIS PASTE IN THE CURD OR BUTTER MILK . 4. TEMPER WITH MUSTER SEEDS AND CURRY LEAF SIMPLE AND FAST MORE SAMBAR READY. THIS RECIEPE IS TRADITONAL AND I LEARNT MY MOTHER IN LAW
