Ingredients
1. Tamarind paste - 1tsp 2. Tomatoes - 2 3. Dhania -2tsp 4. Channa dal -1tsp 5. Pepper -2 6. Red chillies -2 7. Tuar dal - 3tsp 8. Coriander leaves 9. Curry leaves 10 Salt 11. Turmeric powder 12. Hing 13 Mustard seeds
Method
In a Kadai fry dhania, tuardal, channadal, redchillies and pepper with out adding oil. Grind tomatoes, corianderleaves, curryleaves and fired tuardal, channadal, redchillies and pepper. In a Kadai add the tamarind paste mixed with water and when it boils add these grinded paste. When it boils add salt, turmericpowder and hing. Sim for a about 15minutes and add required amount of water according to the desired thickness. When it boils temper Kadugu in little ghee.
