In a Kadai fry dhania, tuardal, channadal, redchillies and pepper with out adding oil.
Grind tomatoes, corianderleaves, curryleaves and fired tuardal, channadal, redchillies and pepper.
In a Kadai add the tamarind paste mixed with water and when it boils add these grinded paste.
When it boils add salt, turmericpowder and hing.
Sim for a about 15minutes and add required amount of water according to the desired thickness.
When it boils temper Kadugu in little ghee.
