Vegatable Rice
Ingredients
Rice (Bastmati) 2 cups, curd (1 cup) patti 2, karmbu 2, lavngam 2, cashew 6, ghee, salt, leaves,lime 1.
Method
fry patti, karmbu and lavangam with oil and grind them. Sook the rice in water for 30 mins. Put the grinded items in a pan fry with ghee add cashew fry them together. If needed use sliced onions and vegs like carrot beans califlower fry them together. after 3 mins add rice mix with the fried items heat for 2 mins. remove the rice and the mix put in arice cooker add sal to taste add curd and 2 and half cup water. wait for 3 weseel sound. remove the rice add some ghee and garnish with leaves and add some lime juice. Serve hot.
