Ingredients:
Rice-2cup,Tomato-3largesize(chopped),onion-1largesize(chopped lengthwise),greenchillie-2no,garlic-2or3no,redchillipowder-2tsp,turmericpowder-1tsp,
mustardseeds-1/2tsp,uruddhal-1/2tsp,curryleaves,
coriandarleaves ,salt to taste,cooking oil

Method:
cook the rice first and kept aside.
In a pan,put the oil and fry the mustard seeds,uruddhal.And fry the onion until it becomes golden brown.Then put the the green chilli and tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes.Then add the turmeric powder,redchilli powder,salt and cook,it becomes paste.
Then add the paste,curryleavesand corianderleaves with rice and serve it .
