Cauliflower & Peas Pulav
Ingredients
200 Grams Basmati Rice Small Cauliflower 1/2 Cup Green Peas (fres or frozen) 6-8 Green Chilles (slit) 2 Bay Leaves Small peices of Cinnamom Stick 2-3 Cloves 1/4 Cup Fried Cashew Nuts 1/2 Table Spoon Cumin Seeds 2 Table Spoons of Butter Salt for taste
Method
1. Cook rice keep a side and let it cool ( each grain should seprate from other ). 2. Heat pan on medium heat with butter. 3. Add bay leaves, cinnamom sticks, cloves and fry for 1-2 mins , then add cumin seeds and fry for 1 min. Add green chilles fry for 1/2 min now add cauliflower and fry for 8-10 mins covered with lid make sure it doesnot stick to bottom. 4. Now add peas and cook all toghter till its done (10-12 mins) now add fried cashew nuts and cooked rice and season it with salt. Serve with mix veg raita
