Ingredients
rice-2 cups onion-2 smashed tomato-2 smashed carrot -2 smashed brinjal-2 small pieces ladysfinger-100 gms salt-100 gms chilli powder -100 gms chat powder -100 gms oil-2 table spoon water -2 cups sugar-small amout curd- 1 cup fresh cream- 1 tspoon agenomotto-1 spoon
Method
keep the fry pan in the stove and heat it . put some oil into the fry pan after the oil gets heated add the onion. fry the onion till it become golden brown colour. then add the tomato , salt to the taste and add some chilli powder. then add the vegetables with some water, wait till the vegetable gets cooked , then add the curd and the fresh cream , if u need more spice add some chat powder and pepper powder to it. add some drops of agenomotto and stir it well. finally add the rice and mix it well. keep in sim for 15 minutes and serve it hot
