Ghee Rice
Ingredients
Basmati Rice - 2 cups Onions - 2 Cinnamon - 1 inch cloves- 2 saunf- 1/2 tbs ghee - 4 tbs salt - to taste
Method
Wash the basmati Rice and keep it aside for 15 mins. Cook the rice with 3 cups of water, the cinnamon and salt. Saute the thin sliced onions with cloves and saunf in a wok with ghee. After the onions have turned golden brown remove from fire and add the cooked rice to it. This simple dish can be served with any spicy dish.
