Heat the ghee in a cooker and add the briyani leaf, cinnamon, clove. Then add the ginger garlic chilly paste and fry them nicely. Now add the onions. When the onion turns golden brown add the curd & turmeric powder. Fry the basmathi rice with the ghee in a fry pan. Add the fried rice to the cooker and add the baby corns, salt and 2 cups of water. Pressure cook for three whistles. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried capsicums.
