Mango Rice
Ingredients
Cooked Rice - 1 cup Grated mango - 1/2 cups Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Urad dal - 1 tsp Channa dal - a few Greenchillies - 3-5(chopped into small pieces) Red chilli - 1 Hing powder - a little Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Cashewnuts - 8 Sesame oil - as required Salt - as required
Method
Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, red chilli and the greenchillies. Then add the grated mango and the turmeric powder and fry them nicey. Then add the hing powder, salt. Now add the cooked rice and the roasted cashewnuts, some amount of oil and mix them nicely.
