1. Cut all the vegtables into small cubes. Cut Onions and green chilles in lengthwise.
2. Heat oil in a cooker add jeera, onions, green chilles.When they turns brown add chilli powder and fry for some mts.
3. Then add the mixed vegetables, rice, moongdal, thoordal,turmeric powder,salt grated coconut, 2 or 2.5 cups of water. Close the lid and pressure cook.
4. Open the cooker and add some ghee, coriander leaves and the lemon juice and mix it fully.
5. Serve hot with garlic pickle.
