Wash and soak the rice for 10 minute.Drain the water completly. Heat a tsp.of ghee and fry the rice for 3 mintue in the pan.Graind the coconut extract the milk.Peel onion and cut green chilles lengthwise.
Heat 4 tsp of ghee in the presser pan fry the seasoning and add cashenut fry till light brown.Then add green peas fry for 2 mintue.[for one cup rice two cup of coconut milk] Then add the coconut milk let it boil add the rice with salt then cover the lid and reduce the fire completly cook for 10 minute. Remove from fire add little mint and coriander leaves.Serve with samber.
