Rice - 2 cups , Channa Dal - 1 tbsp Urad Dal - 1/2sp, Green Chillies -4, Red Chillies - 2 Ginger, Cashew nuts, Curry leaves, Salt , Oil

1. Cook rice by adding less water than normal cooking.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add Mustard, Urad dal.
3. After the mustard splutters, add chopped Green chillies, Red chillies, ginger,
Curry leaves and Channa dal.
4. Fry for some time. Add Turmeric powder.
5. Slightly fry until the dry turmeric smell goes off.
6. Pour these on the rice kept seperately.
7. Heat little ghee and fry cashews and add it to the rice.
8. Mix rice with salt and Lemon Juice.
Note: Don't heat the lemon juice with other ingredients since it gives a bitter taste.
