Ingredients
basmathi rice 1 cup carrot 1 (small pieces) pototo 1 (small pieces) cabbege 1/2 cup corrinder powder 1tsp chilly powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt oil
Method
Boil rice and keep aside leave it to cool. In pan pour oil. Fry vegetables then add corrinder,chilly powder mix well. then add garam masala leave for a while till all vegetables cook then add rice mix slowly add salt. Rice is ready.Serve with carrot raitia.
