Ingredients
green peas - 1 cup green chillies - 3 onions - 1/2 basmati rice - 2 cups salt - according to taste water - 3 cups cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon bay leaves - 2 cinamon sticks - 2 oil - 2 teaspoons
Method
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pressure cooker. Add bayleaves,cinamon and cumin seeds for seasoning.Cut onions and chillies length wise and add it to the seasoned oil. Fry for 2 min. Now add grean peas and fry for a min. Add salt,rice and 3 cups of water. Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle. Serve hot with raitha or veg kurma.
