Rice
Ingredients
Ponni Rice 500 gm Water 800 ml
Method
Wash the rice 3 times. Place pressure cooker on burner, and pour 400 ml of water. Place a separate vessel containing rice and 800ml of water inside the cooker. Insert weight for cooker. After cooker's first sound, reduce the flame, wait for 10 minutes and then switch off your burner. Wait for 20 minutes and open the cooker. Your Rice is ready.
