Ingredients
urid dal 1/4 cup moong dal 1/4 cup rice flour 1 and 1/2 cup butter 1 t.spoon jeera 1 tea spoon oil for frying and salt
Method
Fry urid dal & moong dal seperately for 4 minuts, then cook together with 2cups of water. Grind it nicely with jeera. Mix this with rice flour and salt & butter in a big bowl. If it is too hard to mix add some water. After that press it with chakkuli(Muruku) maker. then fry them until golden brown.
