Method:
Clean Prawns add a squeeze of lime, pepper & salt -& leave to stand for 15 mins- them lightly fry & keep aside.
The Beef, Chicken, Mutton – wash well add salt to taste boil, cut into small pieces & keep aside.
Par Boil Noodles with Salt & 2-3 Tbspns of Oil – drain & hold the Noodles under cold water add butter, toss well to loosen – Keep aside covered.
Place a Wok (Kadai) on fire, add Oil or Ghee, add the Whole Spices – Cloves, Cardamons, Cinnamon & fry-when they pop up add the minced Onions & fry till Onions are light brown in colour, now add the Green Chillies, Corriander & Mint Leaves & fry for a minute, lower flame & add the Prawns, Beef Pcs. Chicken Pieces. For 3-5 mins. Now add the par boiled vegetables & fry for a further 2-3 mins. Add salt to taste, lastly add the noodles & toss for a few mins. Remove, garnish with Chopped onion leeks & serve with Ketchup.

Soya Sauce could be used when Vegetables are added.
You could use half the quantity of Onions & replace the remaining half quantity with Onion Leeks.
If desired Omelete’s could be made - by just adding Pepper powder, Turmeric Powder & a little Salt to the Eggs – make omelet’s- cut into strips & adding to the Chow or you could scramble the Eggs & add to the Chow for extra flavour OR you could avoid the Prawns/Chicken/Beef/Mutton etc., & use only Eggs & Vegetables - & make the Chow.
