Method
COOK THE RICE AND KEEP IT ASIDE TO COOL. NOW TAKE A PAN ADD 2TBSP OF OIL OR GHEE. NOW ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND ADD ONION AND FRY TILL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN. NOW ADD MIXED VEGETABLES AND FRY TILL THEY BECOMES SOFT. NOW ADD SALT TO TASTE AND PEPPER POWDER MIX EVERYTHING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PUT THE MIXTURE IN TO THE COOKED RICE MIX TOGETHER SO THAT PEPPER SPREADS IN ALL THE RICE. NOW ADD CORRIANDER AND GARNISH WITH FRIED CASHWES. THE DELICIOUS RICE IS READY TO EAT.
