Vegy Fried Rice
Ingredients
Ingredients: 2cups Basmathi rice 2 onions finely chopped(lenghtwise),Green chilles finely chopped 3nos,Ghee 2tsp Vegetables 2 cups sliced in lengthwise(carrots,beans,capsicum,spring onions,)green peas (boiled) aji-no-moto 1/4tsp, cloves 3-4,cinnamon3-4,bayleaf,saunf cardamon-4, Fried cashewnuts 2tsp,salt to taste.
Method
cook the rice and allow it to cool.Each grain should separate from other. In a kadai pour the oil,season the cinnamon,cardamon,cloves,saunf,bayleaf....now add the onions and fry untill it gets brown in colour. add the green chilles,sliced vegetables,peas (boiled) and cook it for 10 mts.The vegetables should cook on the oil itself,add ajinomoto and ghee cook further for 10mts. When it almost done finally add some salt and the boiled rice and mix well. Decorate it with fried cashewnuts.serve hot this vegy fried rice with onion raitha
