Ingredients
raw mustard seeds 1-2 tsp,5-6 green chillies, coconut gratings 1/2 cup, cluster beans, rice 1 cup
Method
Cook 1 cup rice separately. Cook cluster beans separately in cooker or vessel. Grind mustard, green chillies and coconut gratings with little water. Take a pan, add some oil, add curry leaves, put the ground masala and fry for some time, add the cooked rice and the cluster beans, add salt as required. The raw mustard smell is very tempting.
