Patani Baath
Ingredients
1/2 cup peas, 1 cup basmathi rice, 1 1/2 cup water, 2 tsp butter, 1/2 tsp jeera, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 bunch of corriander leaves, 4 green chillies, salt to taste.
Method
Grind green chillies, garlic, and corriander leaves in a mixie/blender. Fry jeera and peas in a pan with butter. Add the ground masala and salt to the peas. Saute for a few minutes. Wash the rice, drain water, and add to all the ingredients in pan. Saute for a minute and then add water. Steam it in a pressure cooker. Serve it with any pachadi. BON APPETIT!!
