Method:
Wash, drain rice well, fry in butter on low flame for 8-10 mins till rice is crisp - put in electric cooker bucket & keep.
Pour Oil in a vessel, fry the Onions till brown, lower flame & add Ginger/Garlic Paste, Green chillies, Curry Leaves, Mint Leaves, Corriander Leaves & fry for 3-4 mins. Add Salt to taste, Turmeric Powder, Mashed Tomatoe Pulp and mix well, add this mixture to the Rice, add 6 cups of water, cover the cooker, plug it on & leave to cook - it will automatically cut off when done, leave to cool down for 10/15 mins. Then fluff up with fork, transfer to serving dish & garnish with chopped coriander leaves - sprinkle the lime juice - cover & let it stand till ready for eating.
Serve with Chicken/potato/drumstick curry; Duck Vindaloo, Hot Ball Curry, Devil Chutney etc.,
