1/2 kg dry red chillis
1/4 kg coriander seeds
1 cup rice
1 1/2 cups besan dal
1/2 cup urad dal
100 grams cumin seeds
50 grams pepper
1/2 cup mustard seeds
50 grams methi seeds
curry leaves 1 cup
Method
dry roast all ingriedients seperately except chillies, till the flavour comes out and when cool make it into a very fine powder . This powder is good for all vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.
