1 raw firm plantain(cooking type)
Salt to taste
1 tsp of cooking oil
Roast the following in 1 tsp of oil and powder coarsely
1 handful fo toor dal
2 dried red chili
5 pepper corn
1/4 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp hing powder

Method:
Bake the plaintain in microwave using the 'Baked potatoe'
setting. After 15 minutes, remove the skin and coarsely crumble the baked Plaintain. Add the above powder and salt to taste. Goes well with Kadi/More kuzhambu
