Ingredients
Pudina leaves - 2 bunches, Bengal Gram Dhal & Thoor Dhal - 1 table spoon each, Urad Dhal - 1/2 table spoon, Pepper - 1 tsp, Red chilli - 3 0r 4, tamarind - gooseberry size (soaked in water) or tamarind powder - 2 tsps, salt to taste
Method
Wash pudina leaves and let it dry. fry the other ingredients in little oil, grind it without adding water and keep it aside. Grind dried pudina leaves with tamrind and salt, add this powder, grind it for a minute. Variations : Onions can be fried and added to this.
