Ingredients
redgram (tuvardal)- 100gm bengalgram-100gm horsegram(kollu)-1tbsp blackgram(urad dhal)-50 gm red chillies- 250 gm corriander seeds- 100gm sesame(ellu-white)-1 tbsp asefotida - 1 small piece salt- to taste oil- 1 tbsp
Method
fry all dhals , corriander seeds, ellu, asefotida and redchilles in 1 tbsp oil seperately and keep them aside to cool . dry grind them with salt and we can use this powder to garnish vegetables instead of cocount if we are dieting. we can make bringal bath , bhindi rice and tomato bath by adding this powder with that vegetable curries and mixing it with rice. we can fry 1 tbsp of dry coconut(koparai) and add 1 tbsp of this powder and mix with rice and it is a very delecious powder.
