Fry Dals in oil along with Tamarind and Gingelly seeds till golden brown. Fry curry leaves sepeartely , till they are roasted ( Without moisture). Roast red chilles in a dry pan.
Powder all the ingredients together and mix well. After the powder is ready seive thorughly and store the fine powder in dry bottles.
