Cocunet Chutni Powder
Ingredients
Preparation Time: 15 Min Cooking Time : 5 Min Makes 200 grams Incredients Oil : 2 tsp Bengal Gram dhal : 1/2 cup Black Gram dhal : 1/2 cup Cocunet grated : 1/2 cup Red chillies : 12 Nos Asafoetida : ½ tssp Tamarind : Amla size Salt : to taste Curry leaves : few Nos Preparation: Rroast dry the Bengal Gram Dhal, Black Gram dhal and the grated cocunet.
Method
Preparation: Rroast dry the Bengal Gram Dhal, Black Gram dhal and the grated cocunet. Fry the red chillies and the asfoetida powder in the 2 tsp oil. Mix all the incredietns together and powder fine. Add salt. Serve with hot rice and dosai with ghee. Store in an airtight jar.
