Ingredients
Vangibath Masala Powder Udar Dal : ½ cup Channa dal : ½ Cup Corianader Seeds : ½ Cup Feenugreek Seeds : 1 tbsp Cinnamon : 10 Sticks Cloves : 5 Nos Elachi : 5 Nos Copra : 1 cup graated Red Chillies : 2/12 volume of Coriander seeds Turmeric Powder : ¼ tsp Oil : 2 Tsp
Method
Method: Roast dry alll the Incredients separately. Except (Elachi andTurmeri Mix all the ingredients, Powder fine in a liquidiser (blender or mixie), adding the turmeric powder. Store in an airtight container, or bottle. And use when required. Store in frozen also it will be stay year. Whenver make rice finaly u will add this masala powder.and curry leaves also,
