first roast sesame seeds in a kadai till it becomes fried. Set aside. Now add in the kadai all the other ingredients and roast till it becomes fried and red. Now first powder the sesame seeds and then powder the other ingredients and add and keep it in a bottle. Whenver you do poriththa koottu, istead of sambhar powder if you add this in the end and while sauting add coconut it will be very tasty.
