Mysore Rasam Powder
Ingredients
MYSORE RASAM PODI: Pearl Subramanian – Yemen. Ingredients: 2 Cups Corriander Seeds; ¼ cup Peppercorns; ¼ cup Jeera Seeds; 4 tspns Vendium Seeds, 2 cups Red Chillies, 3 tspns oil, 2 tspns Turmeric Pwd.
Method
Method: Roast dry (Broil) the Corriander Seeds, Peppercorns, Jeera Seeds, Vendium Seeds, on low heat till they give out a good aroma – Set aside to cool. Fry the Red Chillies in the oil – let it cool. Powder the Broiled & fried ingredients add the turmeric powder mix well & store in air tight container & use whenever required.
