Method:
Roast dry (Broil) the Corriander Seeds, Peppercorns, Jeera Seeds, Vendium Seeds, on low heat till they give out a good aroma – Set aside to cool. Fry the Red Chillies in the oil – let it cool. Powder the Broiled & fried ingredients add the turmeric powder mix well & store in air tight container & use whenever required.
