Dhania 1 cup
Red chilli 2 handful
Chana dal 1/2 cup
Urud dal 1/4 cup
Whole pepper 1 spoon
Jeera 1 spoon
Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
Methi seeds 1 spoon
Method
Fry all the ingredients separately without oil. Cool them and dry grind them all together in mixie. When doing sambaar put 2 small spoons of this powder.
