In pan fry urud dal without oil till colour changes lightly.
Stop the stove and put asafoetida and mix once.
Then put salt and red chillies and mix once.
After it cools down, put all in mixie, add dry curry leaves if u have and dry grind it.
This goes well with Idly, Dosai, adai etc...
You should add some Nalennai with the powder and eat.
