Peach Pickle
Ingredients
Peach - 4 Nos. Mustard & Urad dhal combo - 1 tsp. salt - 1 tsp. chilli powder - 1 tsp. Asafeotida - 1/4 tsp. oil - 2 tsp.
Method
Deseed peaches and cube into 1/2 inch thick pieces. In a pan add the oil and put mustard and urad dhal combo. when the mustard stop spluttering add asafeotida and chilly powder and remove the pan from the stove. add the cubed peaches to the pan. Now instant pickle is ready. It stays good for a week.
