steam the whole nellikkai and cook them till soft. squeeze out the seed and mash it corsely. Meanwhile, grind cummin seeds,coriander seeds, coconut, green chilly together into a thick paster and mix this paste with the mashed nellikkai. to this add salt and curd. heat the oil and add mustard seeds and hing and once the mustard seeds splutter add it to the pachadi.
Note : This recipe may need chilli and salt a little extra to compensate the taste of nellikkai.
