Cucumber 4, 1/2 pineapple, red chillies 3, onion 1, 1/2 -
cup coconut milk, green chillies 3, a pinch of pepper -powder, salt to taste,coriander leaves.
Method
Pell a cucumber wash and cut in 1/2 inch.Cut pineapple with small pieces and add it to the cucumber.Grind red-
chillies and mixed well.Chop onion,green chillies with very small pieces and add together salt, coconut milk, and pepper powder mixed well.Garnish with coriander leaves.
Ready to eat for lunch.
