brinjal perugu pachadi
Ingredients
Bringol 500gms 2 red mirchi and 6 green mirchis 3cups of curd salt as required. some cilantro 1teasp urad dal rai and 1t.sp cumin seeds.
Method
Apply some oil to the brinjal and put it on the stove. After keeping for 10 mts it will be cooked and the outer skin has to be removed and mashed nicely. After ten mts add curd and salt to it. Then little ghee in a pan and then fry urad dal rai and cumin seeds to it. When rai begins to splutter then add few curry leaves and add to the chutnney. It will be nice to eat with rice.
