Method
Peel the skin of the mango and cut into thin slices and cook for 5 minutes then add powdered jaggery and stir well till it completely dissolves in the mango and wait for 5 more minutes and then fry mustard,urad dhall and red chilies.
This is an excellent and very tasteful sidedish and goes well with rasam or curd(yogurt) rice.
