2 Apples, 3 spoon red chilly powder,3 tspoon sesami oil, 1 tspoon muster(powdered), 1t spoon methi(powdered), pinch of assoford,salt as per taste , 1/2 cup of water
Method
Remove the outer covering of the apples and Cut them in to small pecies . In the frying pan add the sepecified amt of oil and add the methi and mustar powder to it . let it fry , then add the chilly powder and assoford to it. leave the above ingrediants for a minute or two then add the required salt and apples allow them to be cooked and add water as mention , leaving the ingrediants to be cooked for 10 minutes . latter smash those pecies reducing the flame .
