spinach raita
Ingredients
spinach - 1 cup curd - 1 cup cumin seed - 1 tsp red chilles - 3 salt - 1 tsp oil - 1 tbsp
Method
cook spinach with little water. when cooked mash it well. allow the spinach to cool completely. season cumin seeds, red chilles in oil. add the seasoning to the spinach. add salt. add curd. mix it well. This raita goes well with pulav.
