Special Dosai Ingredients Boiled Rice - 4 cups Methi(vendhayam) -1/2 cup udad dal(ulutham paruppu)-1teaspoon salt to taste garlic 1 clove red chillies-25 gms
Method
Method soak rice for 6 hours and wet grind to fine paste .soak methi(vendayam) and udad dal(ulundhu) together for 6 hours and wetgrind to fine paste.Mix both the flours together and add salt.Ferrment for 12 hours.Make thick dosais in ordinary tava. Fry red chillies and make into coarse powder in a Mixie and add salt and garlic and make into gun powder. Dosai tastes delicious with this gun powder and butter.
